SDE position with MSN AdCenter-Phone Interview

I have a phone interview for a SDE position with MS for MSN AdCenter. The domain is SQl Server although I have worked completely in Oracle till date. I graduated last June with a Masters and have 1.5 years of experience. Any advice for the interview?

Hi Shravanti. All the best for your interview. The phone interview will check your technical and non-technical skills. They would ask you to write a simple program. Also you can expect questions regarding DB. Learn some hints about SQL..SQL vs Oracle etc and ofcourse design principles. Please let us know how your interview went.. and what you were asked.

  • Combinations in a character array.
    Write a program that takes input a char array and outputs all the combinations of the characters in the character array.
