Looking for a career with MS

Hello

I have posted my resume.  Also I have submitted over 200 resumes.  I never get any replys only more job postings.  I have a disability and I was told that you hire people with disabilities.  My disability is BLINDNESS.  I can efficiently operate may of the Microsofts programs and find solutions to many problems.  I am also taking classes to lean more about MS office product.  Bottom line is I need some help.  Can you help me or turn me over to someone who can?
