Hi guys,
I got an email from microsoft recruiters, saying that they would like have a technical phone interview. I am wondering if it is the HR interview or they might ask specific coding and testing questions in it. I have been reading on the websites about people's experiences, and it seems like the first interview is not much technical, but is more like get to know more about the candidate.
But in the email it says, that it is technical phone interview, and will last for about 45 minutes, and would involve Live meeting too. Please, let me know if it will be very technical or mix of both HR and technical.
