Hi guys,

I got an email from microsoft recruiters, saying that they would like have a technical phone interview. I am wondering if it is the HR interview or they might ask specific coding and testing questions in it. I have been reading on the websites about people's experiences, and it seems like the first interview is not much technical, but is more like get to know more about the candidate.

But in the email it says, that it is technical phone interview, and will last for about 45 minutes, and would involve Live meeting too. Please, let me know if it will be very technical or mix of both HR and technical.

hey..all the best. tech phone interview will contain tech questions. it cud include questions abt ur prev exp if any.. then coding problems/ testing problems etc depending on the position and also a few Hr ques

Could you tell me what all were asked in the phone interview? What it technical or HR interview. I have a phone interview scheduled and would appreciate your help.

hi jayashri, hope ur tech interview was excellent. let us know what questions u were asked and how technical was it in nature? ur post will be appreciated.
